SeaJay Environmental, LLC is a woman-owned small business environmental consulting firm providing

regulatory and intergovernmental support to clients.

 

SeaJay Environmental specializes in environmental permitting, NEPA assessments, coastal zone

consistency determinations, analysis of Automatic Information System (AIS) data for

conservation efforts, watershed and stormwater monitoring, pollution prevention planning,

analysis of federal energy policies and regulatory actions, marine protected areas monitoring, and

a multitude of additional project support.

 

As CEO and Principal of SeaJay Environmental, Carliane Johnson brings over 20 years of

experience in, and a broad knowledge of, natural resources management and environmental

planning and permitting. Carliane and her team work together to provide high quality, time sensitive

and cost-effective services to clients. We have served government agencies, non-profit

organizations and private entities since 2007.
